Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North/Alpharetta

Stayed here recently for a work trip. Ideal location and very friendly staff at all hours! The rooms and general condition of the facilities are a bit underwhelming. Lots wear & tear and signs of old age in the common lobbies and in the rooms as well. I rarely eat breakfast when working but the buffet option for the cost was also a big disappointment for others in my party.

This place was pretty awesome, for the price! Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff at a great price. Restaurants and dining within a short walk. Pool & gym. Gas station immediately next door to fill up before getting back on the road. They offer 2 types of breakfasts for an additional fee, or via voucher/coupon offered in room packages. Would love to stay here again in the future & totally recommend this place!

The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were nice. Everything was very clean

Spacious room. Clean linens. Comfortable mattress. Polite staff. Breakfast for $13. Great location. Large parking area. Strong air conditioning. Two 0.5L bottles of water in the room. Unfortunately, there was one significant issue: the diverter for the shower was broken — I couldn’t switch from the overhead showerhead to the handheld one. Taking a shower was uncomfortable. The staff responded quickly and sent someone to check it, but unfortunately, he wasn’t able to fix the problem. He said a plumber would be called the next day, but by that time I had already left — without being able to take a proper shower. This left a negative impression, especially since, when you’re on the road, the main value of a hotel is a good shower and a good night’s sleep. At least the sleep part was great.

Not bad for a quick overnight stay. Parking was well, rooms good, nice wooded location. Front desk staff was friendly - they greeted us upon entering and exiting.

Room was spotless. Everything worked. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was really good. Fresh eggs made to order. I appreciate that. I can’t stand eating rubberized eggs from a chafing tray. Based on this experience I will exclusively look for Hilton Garden Inn for now on. 10/10

Not sure how to rank this one. Their network was down the whole stay. My room I had checked into in the app couldn't be confirmed. I got stuck near the elevator on a lower floor due to the technical difficulties. I never had a key to the room. The shower faucet handle was jaggedly cracked, but was my only issue with the interior of the room. The staff was overwhelmed but helpful. They found me a room to stay in that matched what I had paid for even if it wasn't my ideal location in the hotel. It's super convenient to my office and I'll definitely try it again. If I were to base the review off my first experience without any understanding I'd rank it a lot lower. Hopefully my next time back I can bump this up to 5 stars all around.

Quiet location! Friendly & Attentive Staff all around!! Solid Breakfast! I only feel compelled to write 5 stars due to the other low ratings - they maybe warranted, but not for our visit! Great Mexican restaurant within walking distance also!
